About our speaker: Lydia Jilek joined Unum in Portland, Maine in 2006 as Director of Product & Market Development after nearly a decade with a non-profit health insurer in the upper Midwest - most recently focusing on the development of consumer directed health plans. She has followed the process in detail through the various committees, proposals, votes - and now implementation.
