1.  Whose liability is it if a group does not comply with the pediatric dental requirement?

2.  What are our medical carriers doing to allow groups to opt out or opt in?  How much will it cost?  

3.  What is the difference between an embedded and a stand alone dental plan?  Is one more advantageous?  

4.  What about individuals in the marketplace?  Will they be required to buy pediatric dental?

5.  What are the stand alone dental carriers doing to position themselves in this new dynamic?
