ERISA: Most Common Compliance Issues

The speaker will provide a general overview of ERISA, who must comply, and timelines that must be met. The most common compliance issues that will be discussed are commonly overlooked plans, who must be provided the ERISA documents, what documents are commonly believed to be ERISA documents that are not, the importance of document accuracy, and 5500 filing misunderstandings.
